It might be helpful to add a sort of bonus for not making a withdrawal over a certain amount of time. This could be either a guaranteed return or just a slight adjustment of the odds. For example any user that hasn't withdrawn funds in 30 days gets a +1 entry or something like that.
Benefit
The benefit to the protocol would be more stability in the volume of deposits (although this may not be an issue just an idea).
