Maybe a bot that offers basic help then makes a ticket if the issue is still not resolved. Offering help on discord would still be a second option
Benefit
People would feel more confident to see a support chat on the website. Discord is not great it needs an account. If we want to grow with non-crypto native people this is something that needs to be done.
