Writing Bounty Specifications
Team members will be required to write Bounty Specifications using the.
Members of the team are expected to write specifications matching their expertise: engineering, development, design, marketing, content creation, systems architecture, etc...
Managing Assigned Bounties
Team members will be required to actively manage live bounties: tracking status updates, responding to communications and helping unblock contributors.
Status updates: Ask contributors about progress, timeline and problems.
Communications: Respond to questions in Discord threads related to assigned bounties.
Unblock Contributors: If progress is halted for reasons outside of the contributors control then actively unblock the contributors pathway.
Answering Bounty Related Questions & Issuing Credentials
Team members will be required to respond to general inquiries about bounties and also issue Credentials to new contributors in the Discord channel.
Quality Assurance of Bounty Submission
Team members will be required to complete Quality Assurance on bounty submissions. Before a bounty can be marked complete the team member must review the Deliverables/Specifications and compare those requirements to final bounty submission.
Payouts + Bonuses
Team members will be required to finalize bounty payouts and bonuses after bounty is marked complete. The Team Member assigned to the bounty be responsible for initializing the transaction required execute the payout.
After the transaction is initialized the bounty manager will need to collect the required signatures to release funds from the Team Safe and ask the Team Lead to execute the transaction.
